Stewart (nee Gianforte) age 62 of West Chicago; beloved wife of Steven; loving mother of Michelle (Kevin) Danforth and Steve; dear sister of John (Carol) Gianforte, Sam (Tina) Gianforte, Patrick (Jen) Gianforte, Madeline Gianforte, Rosie (Patti) Gianforte and Joe Gianforte; cherished daughter of John and the late Carmella Gianforte.
Karen was a program director at Bridge Communities.
Visitation for Karen Friday, October 10, 3:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 9:45a.m. to Resurrection Church, Mass 10:30a.m. Following services cremation will take place privately at Countryside Crematory.
In lieu of flowers donations to Bridge Communities, 505 Crescent Blvd., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 or CORE/El Centro, 130 W. Bruce St. #300, Milwaukee, WI 53204 would be appreciated.
