Kaitlin K. Gainey , of Streamwood, Il. She was the beloved daughter of Jeffrey and the late Loretta(nee: Readdy); loving sister of Michael(Fiance Diane Troutman) and Elizabeth Gainey; dear grand daughter of John the late Barbara Readdy and Darrell and Betty Gainey; fond niece of Brad(Diane) Gainey, Joann (Kerry) Gannon, Tami(Jerry) McCormick, Bruce(Heather) Gainey, Bill(Teresa) Readdy, Dorothy (Ron) Gates, Kelly (Tom) Juliano, Victor Readdy, Pam Readdy and Michael (Colleen) Readdy. She is also survived by lots of loving cousins.
Visitation Friday, September 27,2013. 3:00PM – 9:00PM at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd.(at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 9:15 AM to St. John The Evangelist for Mass at 10:00AM. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
