June Rose Spohn, 90, died December 6, 2024. June was the beloved fiancée of Nicholas Trifilio; loving mother of Debra Spohn, Sandra (Edward) Zuniga and Lori (Eugene) Kapa; cherished grandmother of Christopher Zuniga, Alicia (Cesar) Chaidez, Nicole (Paul) Hanneman, Brittany Kapa, John (Emily) Kapa and Danielle (Gonzalo Jamardo Sabuz) Sumita; dear great grandmother of Layla Chaidez, Serena Chaidez, Noah Chaidez, Kaylee Hanneman, Riley Hanneman, Artai Jamardo Sabuz and Nova Jamardo Sabuz.

June enjoyed a myriad of activities during her life including: roller skating, crafting especially embroidery, ballroom dancing, playing and telling stories to her grandchildren, and spending time with her family. June was a sweet, kind loving soul, that enjoyed roller skating, sewing, embroidery and was a huge fan of the Chicago Bulls.

Visitation Thursday, December 12, 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road), Bartlett. Funeral Friday, 10:30 am. Entombment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
