Judith A. Berge, a 35 year resident of Streamwood, died June 5, 2014. Beloved wife for 48 years of Ron Berge; loving mother of Bettina (Jerry) Muskwe, Ron C., and Erica; devoted grandmother of Nicholas, Johanna, Michael, Braelyn, Amira and Olivia; fond sister of Sue (Tom) Shiminetto and Jim (Kathy) Nicholas; daughter of the late Leroy and Mary Nicholas.

Visitation Sunday, June 8, 2014 12:00noon until time of Memorial Service 4:00pm at Countryside Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
