Juana Torres

Juana V. Torres, 70, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 with her family by her side. Juana was born November 8, 1951 in Durango, Mexico to Martin and Carmen Valenzuela. Juana was the beloved wife of Juan Antonio for 53 years; loving mother of Chely (John) Beltrame, Antonio (Sylvia), Fabian and Luis Alonso (Martha); proud grandmother of Jennie, Michelle, Lucia, Angel, Mikaela, Lexi, and William; cherished sister of Angelita, Martin, Coco, Miguel, Raul, Rosario, the late Humberto, Tere and Manuel; Aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.

Juana enjoyed cooking and keeping a clean house. She was a huge basketball fan and very much enjoyed watching her Chicago Bulls. Most of all she loved her kids and grandkids.

Visitation Tuesday February 22, 3:00pm - 9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin, Illinois. Funeral will commence Wednesday 12 Noon at the funeral home going to St. Ansgar Church 2040 Laurel Ave, Hanover Park, Illinois for Mass 1:00pm. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery 1185 West Algonquin Road, Palatine, Illinois.

Juana V. Torres, de 70 años, falleció el Miércoles 16 de Febrero 2022 con su familia a su lado. Juana nació el 8 de Noviembre de 1951 en Durango, Mexico hija de Martin y Carmen Valenzuela. Juana era la amada esposa de Juan Antonio por 53 años; querida madre de Chely (John) Beltrame, Antonio (Sylvia), Fabian y Luis Alonso (Martha); orgullosa abuela de Jennie, Michelle, Lucia, Angel, Mikaela, Lexi y William; cariñosa hermana de Angelita, Martin, Coco, Miguel, Raul, Rosario, los difuntos Humberto, Tere y Manuel; Tía de muchos queridos sobrinos y sobrinas.

Juana disfrutaba cocinando y limpiando la casa. Ella le gusta mirar basketball y sus favoritos los Chicago Bulls. Lo más importante para ella eran sus hjos y nietos.

Su velorio será el Martes 22 de Febrero, 3:00pm - 9:00pm en Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (a State Street) South Elgin, Illinois. El funeral comenazrá Miercoles 12 mediodía en la funeraria. Después seguimos a la Iglesia St. Ansgar 2040 Laurel Ave, Hanover Park, Illinois para misa a la 1:00pm. Entierro se hara en St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery 1185 West Algonquin Road, Palatine, Illinois.
