Josephine Schaeffer

Josephine Victoria Schaeffer, 100, passed away May 17, 2012 in Mesa, AZ. She was formerly a resident of Chicago, Hanover Park and Schaumburg, IL. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper. She is survived by he daughter Dolores Koplin of Mesa, AZ, son William Schaeffer of Huntley, IL, grandson Scott Koplin, granddaughter Vicki Young, 5 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Schaeffer, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 7 nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 2 from 9:00a.m. until time of prayers 10:15a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg, to St. Marcelline Church. Mass 11:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
