Joseph L. Tolentino, also known as Joe and Bing, 79, of Elmhurst, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025. A profound reader, Joe was an avid golfer who established lifelong friendships among his golf group. Beloved husband of the late Anita (nee DelCarmen); loving father of Joanne (Julio) Marin, Jay Tolentino, Thelma Tolentino, and the late Jamie Tolentino; proud grandfather of Julian, Tahji, Chloe, Juni, and Siren; dear brother of Alan (Blithe) Tolentino and Dale (Blesilda) Tolentino; fond uncle, brother in law and godfather to many; devoted relative to his treasured extended family in the Philippines. Visitation Wednesday, April 23 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Funeral Thursday 9:15am from the funeral home to St. Peter Damian Church. Mass 10:00am. Following services cremation private at Countryside Crematory.
