Joseph Rocha

Joseph was born in Landau/isar Germany to Heinrich Ringelsiep and Rosina Krinner. He came to the United States in 1948 with his mother, brother Erich and his adoptive father Jesse Rocha. They settled in Chicago and he attended local schools. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1957, serving 6 years. He worked for Northern Illinois Gas and Western Engine for over 20 years.

He is survived by his 5 children, Joseph C Rocha (Diane), Christine Rocha, Karen Babich (Frank), Michael Rocha (Ann) and Daniel Rocha. Brother Erich Rocha, nephew Eric Rocha (Becky). Sister Gisela Chelius. He is the proud Stepfather to Mike Bayes(Jamie), Steven Bayes (Renee), Mike Nosek, Marie Nosek, and Colleen Kostrzeski (Bob); Grandchildren, Joseph, Brennan, Christopher, David, Jessica, Samuel, Mary, Caleb, Rachel and Christina.

Visitation Wednesday February 11, 2026 9:00am until time of services 10:00am at the Countryside Funeral home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., Bartlett. Burial will be private. Info www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com or (630)289-7575
