Visitation Weds, Nov. 19 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Thurs, Nov. 20 8:45 AM to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 9:30 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
