Visitation for John Zeleniak of Hanover Park for 52 years will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Service 7:00p.m. Following visitation, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
He will be remembered as a hard worker, an avid gardener, his enjoyment in taking care of his salt water fish and being a "sun-worshiper".
John is the beloved husband of 55 years of Janice Mae nee Simon; loving father of Tyrsa (Dan) Lentino; cherished grandfather of Adryana and Cristyana; dear brother of the late Tyrsa (the late Wally) Dutko and adored brother-in-law of Robert Simon; caring uncle of Nestor (Tori) Dutko, Orest (Myra) Dutko and Jeanne Raczon.
