John R. Wold, 60, of Elgin, IL passed away on August 2, 2024. John was born on April 26, 1964. He is the beloved son of Mary and the late Harold Wold; loving brother of Debbie Colfer, Kim (the late Duane) Pogue, Julie (Doug) Drury, and Bonnie Hanlock; cherished uncle of Jason, Amy, Adam, Elizabeth, Danny, Jimmy, Jessica, Steve and Heather; and dear great-uncle to many. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 S Gilbert St, South Elgin.
