John Wittbold

John L. Wittbold, 90, of Schaumburg, formerly of Hanover Park, died Saturday, August 30, 2014. John was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed photography, and even helped found the Schaumburg Photographic Society. John was a long time member of the Kiwanis and loved to watch birds, hockey and listen to classical music. He will be missed by many. Beloved husband of Marianne (nee Candidori); loving dad of Gretchen Ruffin; cherished grandpa of Randy and great grandpa of Logan and Benjamin; dear brother of Virginia and the late Nancy. Arrangements and cremation where handled by Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd (1/4 mile south of Irving Park), Roselle.
