A memorial mass for Reverend John William Tapper will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 9:00a.m. at Divine Savior Church 6700 S. Main St. Downers Grove. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
May 1, 2018 Fr. John celebrated his 57th anniversary in the priesthood, former Pastor of St. Ansgar Church in Hanover Park and weekend associate at Divine Savior Church for 8 years.
Fr. John is survived by his sister Mary Ann Tapper and preceded in death by his parents John and Marie Tapper.
