John Edward Sissulak, 68, of Streamwood died December 28, 2022. John was the beloved husband of Katherine M. Sissulak; loving father of John Phillip (Alex) and Mark; cherished brother of Susan, Patty, Philip and Chris; dear son of the late Marylin Brania (Stott) and John Emery Sissulak.
John was a drum major during his high school years. He majored in music and was president of the Band. He was a proud Navy Veteran.
Visitation Thursday January 5, 4:00pm until time of prayers 6:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
