John Schwander

John “Hans” Schwander, of Bartlett since 1979. Beloved husband of the late Katharina nee Weiss; loving father of Helmut and Helga; dear Opa of Tanya, Wayne, and Alexandra; cherished brother of Tony, Elizabeth, and the late Nick. John came to the United States in 1956 from Austria. He retired in 1994.

Visitation Friday, September 25, 10:30am until time of Memorial Mass 11:00am at St. Peter Damian Church, 131 S. Crest Ave., Bartlett, IL. Cremation took place at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Heart Association would be appreciated. Information 630-289-7575.
