John Robson

John A. Robson, 94, passed away Sunday February 15. A decorated WW II veteran he was an avid fisherman and hunter who was also an active HAM radio operator(WB9STT). Beloved husband of the late Jean(nee Gardner); loving father of the late Michael(Susan); dear grandpa of Gregory(Karina) and the late Michael, Jr.(Rebecca) Robson; proud great grandfather of Christopher, Brendan, Tyler, Michael III, Siena, and Vivienne. One of 6 children, John is survived by his brother Frank (Buddy) and sister June Kardeke. Visitation Saturday February 21 from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd.(at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg.
