Visitation for John J. Mikos, Jr., of Streamwood since 1978 will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 2:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.

John is the beloved husband of 65 years of Shirley Ann nee Chadderdon; loving father of Mary Ann, John (Michelle) and Wayne Mikos; cherished grandfather of Margarita Sanchez, Vanessa Ponce, Candice (Reggie) Klaas, Amanda (Sami) Varjosaari, Nick (Klarissa) Mikos, Marissa (Felipe) Cuellar and Heather (Alex Gomez) Mikos; proud great grandfather of Marissa, Ariana, Gabriella, Blaze, Isabella, Kirstin, Zane, Braxton, Lily, Zayden, Anthony, Mateo, Ari, Damian and Delilah; dear brother of Frank (Bonnie) Mikos; fond uncle of Scott, Tim, Glenn and Barbara.
