John G. Dye of Huntley; born 2/14/1950 in Clintwood, Virginia; died 12/2/2011 in Elgin; beloved husband of Carol L. Kurowski-Dye ; loving father of Paul, Jacquline and Michelle; proud grandfather of Jackson; caring son of Jessee and Alberta (nee:Artrip) Dye ; dear brother of Jessee Lee (Kay) , Jack Ray (Barbara) and Jimmy ( Barbara) and the late Janet; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.
John was active in the Dell-Webb Sun City baseball team. He was also an Army veteran, serving in Vietnam. Memorial Visitation Friday 6:00 until the time of service 7:30 at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
