Visitation Monday, December 3, 2012 from 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 S. Gilbert St. (at Middle St.), South Elgin, Il. Funeral service Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. to St. Mary Church mass 11:00 a.m. following mass cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
