Joel Maschinski

Joel Maschinski, 62, of Streamwood passed away October 3, 2022. Joel was the beloved husband of Sabina (nee Hilton); loving father of Justin and Carly; cherished son of the late Joseph and Esther Maschinski; dear brother of Peggy, Polly, Sam and Matt. He will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Joel will also be remembered by his friend and pastor Paul Cutler.

Joel enjoyed fishing with his kids. He was very active at Grace Lutheran Church and volunteered for many years with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. He made the most of his life and loved to share laughter with friends and family.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Vitas Hospice for the great care and compassion they provided to Joel and his family.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for Joel will take place on Friday, October 21st at 1:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church.
