Joanne Reid

May 3, 1939 — March 15, 2024

Joanne K. Reid, 84, of South Elgin, passed away on March 15, 2024. She is the beloved mother of Cindy (Tony) Cassata and Paul (Renee) Reid; cherished grandma of Michael (Autumn) and Olivia and great grandma of Leon. Joanne is also survived by her siblings Gene (Sue) Latimer, Geraldine Black, John (Peggy) Latimer, and Lori (Kevin) Senior, her son-in-law Leonard Angeleika, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Gordon, her daughter Sandra, her brother Robert and her parents Delbert and Mary Latimer.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 4:00 pm until time of prayer service 7:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 95 S. Gilbert St. South Elgin, IL. For information, please contact Countryside Funeral Home, 847-289-8054.
