JoAnn P. Johnson, nee Retzlaff, 80, of Streamwood for over 60 years; wife of the late Richard; mom of Linda (late Al) Donaldson, Laura Boldrey, Chris (Tina Alessandro) Johnson, late Curt, late Craig, Lisa (Mark) Brazelton, Louise (Ruben) Garcia, Liz (Eric) Boeckmann and Leslie Johnson; grandma of 18; great grandma of 6; preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters and her parents George and Jennie Retzlaff, nee Lesser. JoAnn was a lifelong Cubs fan. She was known to like "the boats", bingo and the slot machines but most of all she was an avid reader, finishing several books every week.
