Joan Yost

Joan Elizabeth Yost (nee Johnson), died December 20, 2018. Joan was the beloved wife of Jack Yost and the late Dayle Lites – former Chief of Police in Roselle; loving mother of Jeannine Garriepy, Dan (Jenny) Lites, and late John Yost; stepmother of Jack Yost II; proud grandmother of Ashley; Samantha (fiance Kyle), Shannon (Quinton), and Miracle dear great grandmother of Leona, Angelo, Layla; cherished daughter of Shirley Stevenson and the late George Stevenson; fond sister of Janice (Ernie) Swirles, Sue (the late David) Stevenson, the late Gary (Gail) Stevenson and the late Deborah (Art) Stelling; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Joan was a one of a kind woman, she adored her family and friends, and was loved by so many people. Joan was an Elvis lover, and also enjoyed playing slots. She greup on the Methodist Campgrouns in Des Plaines, IL

Visitation Sunday, December 23, 12Noon until time of service 3:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Road (1/2 mile South of Irving Park Road) Roselle. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
