Joan Christine Tye, 74, passed away on July 9th, 2021. She was born in Manchester, England to Stanley and Joan Gajewski on September 16th, 1946. Joan is preceded in death by her parents Joan and Stanley Gajewski and true love Bob Ostby. Joan was a sister to Geri Michael and a loving mother to Jenny, David (Mary), and Colleen (Dave Benes). Joan was a proud grandma to her 8 grandchildren: Sarah, Nicole, Kylie, Hailey, Braydon, Caden, Elizabeth, and Kendall.
Joan was a super sweet and funny lady with a beautiful smile that will be dearly missed.
Memorial Visitation, Thursday, July 15th, 3:00pm. until the time of service 7:30pm. at The Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 333 South Roselle Rd., Roselle. Cremation was private at The Countryside Crematory.
