Joan T. McNeela (nee Schiller), 90, of Bartlett, died Monday, May 13, 2024. Born May 10, 1934 in Chicago. Joan enjoyed playing the piano and playing Pinochle and Rummy but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family. Beloved wife of the late James “Don” McNeela, loving mom of Jim (Debra) McNeela, Mark (Sherri) McNeela, Donna (Maurizio) DiGulio and Mary Jo (Jeff) Fant; cherished grandma of Cara (Andy), Thomas (Vickie), Lauren, Katie (Natalie), Kelsey (Nick), Zachary, Jake (Jenny), Luke (Kayla), Erica, Jaclyn, Garrett; dear great-grandma of Benny, Charlie, Emma and Sam and loving daughter of the late Jospeh and Theresa (nee Cviba) Schiller. Visitation 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Visitation will continue at 9:30am until time of Mass 10:30am at the Sacred Heart Chapel at The Oaks, 827 Carillon Dr, Bartlett. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
