A memorial gathering for Joan V. Mader nee Johnson of Streamwood for 44 years will be held Thursday September 20, 2012 9;30a.m. until time of funeral mass 10:00a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church 502 S. Park Blvd. Streamwood. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born July 16, 1935 in River Grove, Il Joan died Saturday September 15, 2012.
An active parishoner at St. John the Evangelist Church, Joan was also active at the Hanover Township Seniors and other local senior groups.
She is the beloved mother of Michele M. (Mark Schiller) Mader; loving sister of Llewellyn, Dolores and Robert; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
