Jo Ann was the devoted wife of Thomas Stoltman, with whom she shared an incredible journey of 55 years. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. She was the proud mother of Christen Sostre, who along with her husband Joseph, brought immense joy to Jo Ann's life through their daughter, Isabella, Jo Ann's treasured granddaughter.
A dedicated and meticulous Recorder for the Social Security Administration, Jo Ann took great pride in her work, retiring after many years of service. She was known among her colleagues not just for her professionalism, but for her warm spirit and her signature mints, a sweet treat she never was without.
In addition to her family and professional achievements, Jo Ann was a renowned social butterfly. Her zest for life was contagious, as she filled her days nurturing her passion for house plants and spending time with her circle of friends.
Jo Ann is survived by her loving husband Thomas; her daughter Christen (Joseph) Sostre; her dear granddaughter Isabella; and her beloved sister Laura (Dan) Webb. Together, they continue the legacy of kindness, love, and resilience that Jo Ann instilled in them.
