Jillaine Esther Ramsey, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, left us peacefully on May 6, 2025, just shy of her 73rd birthday. Born on May 18, 1952, in Savannah, IL, Jillaine made Elgin, IL, her home, a place where her kindness and warmth touched everyone she met.
Jillaine's life was a tapestry of dedication and love. Jillaine was an enthusiastic member of the Cardunal Dog Training Club, reveling in the camaraderie and joy of training and trials. Wednesday nights found her at the bowling alley, where she enjoyed laughter and competition with family and friends.
