Jerry Martinez

Jerry P. Martinez passed away July
5, 2017. Born January 29, 1935 in
Durango, Mexico, he resided in
Streamwood, Illinois since 1963. An Army
veteran who enjoyed many activities
including running, skiing, painting with oils
and spending time with his family.
Beloved husband to Angie (nee Mavigliano)
of 59 years; loving father of Catherine (Joel
Maxwell) Martinez-Dunne, Nanette (Rod
McWhorter), Jerry (Mary), and Johnny (Lorie);
cherished papa of Michael (Ashley), Lisa
(Phillip), Matthew, Caitlynn, Joseph (Khrysty),
Christina (Patrick), Jessica, Ashley, Kelly
(Colton), John, Seth and the late Jerry, and
great papa of Aydan, Kassidy, Carter, Harley,
Daphne, Calliope, Jensen, and Avaleigh; dear
son of the late Manuel and Catalina (nee Palacios)
and kind brother of Guadalupe (late
Trini) Uribe, Emma (late Augustine) Villarreal,
and Hector (Raquel).
Visitation 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Thursday,
July 6, 2017 at the Countryside Funeral

9:45a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church,
Streamwood, Mass 10:30am. Interment
