Jerome “Jerry” E. Smith, 70, of Huntley; born June 11, 1938 in Chicago, IL; died Sunday, April 12, 2009 in Elgin. Beloved husband of Francine nee Smith; loving father of Jennifer (Dennis) Sevilla; cherished son of the late Charles and Leslie nee Bahl; dear brother of Denise (Robert) Wisniewski and the late Charles and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation Saturday 10:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service 11:00 a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
