Jerome Francis Schimpf, 81, was the beloved husband of Beverly Schimpf (nee Slama) for 49 years; Loving father of Matthew (Liz) Schimpf, and Karen Griffin; Proud grandfather of Gina (Amos) Dillman, Kurtis and Brittany Griffin; Cherished brother of Madonna, Janie, Charlie, Mark, and Kathleen, he was preceded in death by 8 siblings. Jerome will be missed by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Born December 4, 1931 Jerome died November 28, 2013. He served in the Army during the Korean War, and was a member of the Golden Circle Bowling Club.
Visitation for Jerome, Wednesday, December 4, 10:00a.m. until time of service 12:00Noon at Evangel Church 5700 Bartles Road Hanover Park.
