Jeremy William Knapp, 43, Passed away on October 3, 2024, in Schaumburg, Illinois. Born on May 19, 1983. Jeremy’s vibrant spirit and passion for sports left a lasting impact on everyone around him. Jeremy is mourned and forever remembered by his son David, his mother Kim, stepfather Rick, brother Jason (Jennifer), sister Jenny (Nathan). He was a cherished nephew of numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored him. He was a beloved figure in his community, not just as a family member but also as a coach guiding and mentoring young athletes, including his own son. He enjoyed spending time with his huskies.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm with a prayer service at 3:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. Streamwood, IL 60107. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeremy’s memory to the National MS Society would be greatly appreciated, honoring his commitment to making a difference.
