Jennifer passed away on March 29, 2025, in the beautiful home she created for herself in Carbondale, Illinois. Born June 7, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in Schaumburg Illinois, where she graduated from Schaumburg High School in 1988.
Jennifer was a beloved daughter, a caring sister, a warm-hearted aunt, and a nurturing mother. Throughout her life, Jennifer permanently touched the hearts of many and always put others before herself, always wanting to give a little bit more. Her hobbies included tending to her vegetable garden, spending time with friends, being outside (particularly in the sun at the pool), taking care of her body through exercise at the gym, but most of all, loving and being with her daughter Alexis, and her grandchildren.
Jeni spent much of her working career in the medical field in various capacities, ranging from Medical Secretary to earning her CNA licensure and selflessly helping patients.
Jennifer is survived by her daughter Alexis; grandchildren Mira, Arim, and Solana, parents Diane and Gerald Moza; siblings Jeffrey (Gina), Jeremy (Julie); niece Jess Manning; nephew Jacob Moza; and others who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held on April 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd, Streamwood, Illinois, 60107. A service will take place immediately following at the same location. Info www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com or (630)289-8054
In lieu of flowers, all donations will be provided to her daughter Alexis Miller-Moza to support her family
