Jeffrey L. Meinken of Streamwood, lost his battle with ALS and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 22, 2015. Jeffrey was the beloved husband of Susan; loving and dedicated father to Matthew and Melissa; cherished brother to James (Lisa); Dear uncle to Neil, Sherri (John), Jonathan, Kevin and Bryan; along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation Sunday, April 26th, 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Monday, 10:30 a.m. Burial Lakewood Memorial Park.
