Jean M. Siers (nee Cullotta) formerly of Chicago; beloved wife of the late Casey; loving mother of Dave, Linda (Jim) Kowalczyk and Larry; cherished grandmother of Pamela (Ben) Wagner, Kimberly, Robert (Melissa) William, James and Joseph; dear sister of Frank and Joe (Pam); proud aunt of Josette, Andrea, Diane, Rick and Carol.
Jean was a long time member of St. John Brebeuf in Niles and worked for Avon for many years. She was also the proud owner of her dog Rocky.
Visitation Wednesday, October 29th 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Visitation continuing Thursday 9:30 a.m. until the time of mass 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel at Clare Oaks, 825 Carillon Dr., Bartlett.
