Jay Smith

Jay L. Smith, 88, of Streamwood died May 14, 2015. Jay was the beloved husband of Marjorie Smith (nee Meyer); loving father of Neil (Suzanne) Smith, Lori (Dave) Kennel and Cara Smith; dear stepfather of Cynthia (Dean) Connolly, Pamela (Chris) Dix and Cathy (Scott) Zirkel; proud grandfather of Hayden Smith, Paige and Kelly Zirkel; cherished brother of Honorene Lanning. Jay was an avid reader.

Interment will be private at Lakewood Memorial Park.
