Jason M. Vitez, 36, of Lake Zurich formerly of Bloomingdale passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022. An avid White Sox and Chicago Bears fan, Jason Jason was known for his huge heart and always helping others. Beloved son of Steven and Lynn (nee Bernhardson) Vitez; proud father of Cole; dear brother of Steve and Nicole Vitez; adored grandson of Barbara Vitez and the late Joseph Vitez and the late Eric and the late Betty Bernhardson; fond nephew and cousin of many; devoted fiance of April Porter. Visitation Thursday, July 7 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Friday 10:30am.
