Jason was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed baseball.
Beloved husband of Christi (nee Heath); loving son of Don and Pat (nee Mertz) Nelson and kind brother of the late Brian and fond son-in-law of Arthur and Donna Ramirez.
Vitiation 11:00a.m. until time of service 1:00p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd (1/4 mile south of Irving Park, Rd), Roselle. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
