Jason Haylock, 32, of Hanover Park; loving father of Austin; caring son of Sam (“Jo”) Haylock and Judy (Ken) Czarnecki; dear brother of Kevin (Nickol), Kristina and Mary Ellen; special uncle of Cheyenne, Rosellyn and Trevor; fond nephew of Tim; cherished fiancé of Tamela Leidenheimer. Visitation Friday 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Services Saturday 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
