Janice Marie Tate nee Benning of Streamwood; born 7-8-1964 in Chicago, IL; died 8-22-2010 in Hoffman Estates; beloved wife of Robert; cherished daughter of Alan and Diane nee Orillion of Elmhurst; dear sister of Joe (Sue), Dawn (Tom) LaBarbera and Tom (Kay); many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends; also survived by her pet therapy dog, Juji Mae. Visitation Wednesday 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Homes & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Thursday 9:15 AM to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
