Janice Marie Seger of Bartlett for 29 yrs Funeral services for Janice Marie Seger (nee Fogarty) will begin at 9:15 a.m. Thursday, at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett, proceeding to St. Peter Damian Church, for a Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Bartlett Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Born June 22, 1929, in Chicago, she died Saturday, Jan.17, 2009, in Elgin. She was a member of the VFW 11018 Womens's Auxilliary in Bartlett and the Women's Golf League in Bartlett for 25 years. She worked as a food and beverage manager at Bartlett Hills Golf Course. She was the beloved wife of Paul; loving mother Joanne M. (Rod) Harms of Bartlett, John M. (Rose Anne) of Bartlett, Paul J. Jr. (Laura) of Hoffman Estates, Patrick J. (Deborah A.) of Streamwood and James M. (Jaqueline S.) of Bellbrook, Ohio; cherished grandmother of Jason, Brian, Michael, Beli, Joey, Ryan, Patrick, Cole, Lexie, Lauren, James, and the late Jeremey; proud great-grandmother of Jeremy, Jonathan, Jack and Braden; loving aunt of many nieces and nephews; dear sister of Geraldine (the late Raymond) Henning, Robert (C.J.) Fogarty, the late Leroy (the late Edna), Frank (the late Mildred) and Clarence (the late Marion); and sister-in-law of the late Alfred (the late Gladys) and Rudolph (the late Jackie) Seger.
