Janice Gwazdacz

Janice June Gwazdacz, 68, of Schaumburg, died Saturday January 7, 2012. Born June 22, 1943 in Chicago. She was the daughter of Leo and Wanda (nee Sobczak) Prowicz (Provax). Janice was an avid Cubs and Bears fan and had a wittiness about her that will be missed by all. She enjoyed many things including games and bowling with friends but what she enjoyed the most was being with her family.
Survivors include husband of 40 years Walter; daughters Janice (Hal) Stinespring and Jennifer Boucher; grandchildren Jacob and Amber; brother Robert (Joyce) Provax; sister-in-law Celia and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Norbert.
Visitation Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd (1/2 mile south of Irving park Rd), Roselle. Funeral Thursday 10:00a.m. at the funeral home. Interment pending.
