Jan M. Kalejta, 66, of Bartlett. Jan was born on July 5, 1949 in Poland. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and listening to music from the Silesia region where he lived most of his adult life. Beloved husband of 41 years to Helena; loving dad of Marlena and Tomasz; father-in-law of Rolf and Agnes; cherished grandpa of Lena, Victoria and Vivian; dear son of Honorata and the late Miroslaw and brother to Danuta, Zofia, Tadeusz, Cecylia, Jagoda, Elzbieta and Teresa. Visitation will take place from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Mass pending at St. Peter Damian. Following service, cremation at the Countryside Crematory. Inurnment in Poland.
