James Zitnik

James "Jim" Joseph Zitnik, 58, died November 16, 2020. Jim was the beloved husband of Mary; loving father of Elizabeth; cherished son of the late Edwin and Dolores Zitnik; dear brother of John (Lutchie), Pam (Mike) Abernathy, the late Edwin (Gail) and the late Penny (Adam) Simoncelli; he will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Jim was very active at St. John the Evangelist Church for many years.

Memorial Mass Monday, November 23, 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist Church 513 Parkside Circle, Streamwood. Internment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. While all are welcome to attend, during these uncertain times, the family would like to encourage family and friends to be safe, stay home and say a prayer for Jim instead of attending the Funeral Mass. Condolences and messages may also be left on the funeral home website. Please omit flowers.
