James Thomas Richert Jr

James Thomas Richert, Jr., 86, was reunited with his beloved wife Noreen on October 27, 2025. James was the loving father of Deborah (Fiancé Chris Houlis) Nemec and James(Robin Geller); proud grandfather of C.J. Nemec, Mitchell Nemec, Kristi (Brian) Huckins and Tyler Nemec; dear great grandfather of Lyla Nemec; dear brother of Jerry Richert, Joanne(Tony) Kopacz, Tim(Sue) Richert, Kathy(Les) Hunt and the late Barbara Burke; cherished son of the late James Thomas Richert, Sr and the late Eileen Richert.

James enjoyed hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. One of his favorite past-times was having a cup of coffee with a cigarette.

Visitation Sunday, November 2, 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin. Funeral Monday, 9:45am to St. Patrick Church (Downtown St. Charles) 400 Cedar Street, St. Charles, Mass 10:30am. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital www.stjude.org would be appreciated.
