James Raymond Prus of Schaumburg since 1966, beloved husband of 59 years of Barbara Ann nee Bungert, loving father of Jamie Richa, Pamela Posdal, Brian (Cynthia) Prus and Ann (Jeff) Biesiadecki; proud grandfather of Ryan, Justin, Louis, Kayleigh, Samantha, Paige, Hunter, Mia, Noah and Jorja. He will also be missed by his faithful companion "Duffy".
James will be remembered for his love of gardening, especially his roses, and his love of animals and training his many dogs over the years.
Visitation Wednesday Oct 15, 2025 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Thursday 9:00a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Entombment All Saints Mausoleum.
