Visitation for James D. Patlyek of Bartlett since 1982 will be held Monday, April 13, 2015 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Tuesday 10:45a.m. to Resurrection Church. Mass 11:30a.m. Following mass, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born December 12, 1956 in East Chicago, IN, Jim died Thursday April 9, 2015.
1979 graduate of Boston University, James received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He was a Village Trustee for the village of Bartlett in the early 1990's, member of the Admin Committee at Resurrection Parish in Wayne in the late 1980's and a member of FEI (Financial Executive International).
He is the beloved husband of Janice M. nee Rotz; loving father of Jerri (Phil) McMannis and James; cherished son of the late James and Maryann Patlyek nee Domsic.
