James Parker

James W. Parker of Elgin; beloved husband of Jane nee Megley; loving father of Sandra Soucie, James (Jennifer), Kathleen (Joseph) Fagan, Sheila (Mike) Dillon and Bruce (Joanne); cherished grandfather of 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. James was an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels and member of the Elgin Post 57 American Legion. Visitation Tuesday 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Wednesday 9:45 AM to St. Ansgar Church. Mass 10:30 AM. Following Mass, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
