James Lewinski

James “Jim” S Lewinski Sr, 78, of Itasca, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022. Born July 15, 1943 in Chicago. Jim enjoyed the outdoors, especially, fishing, hunting and bird watching. He enjoyed the saxophone, good food and talking with people where he was best known as being the listener. He will be missed by his family and friends. Beloved father of James Lewinski Jr and Patrick Youngs; caring former partner of Barbara Youngs; loving son of the late Steven and Eleanor Lewinski; cherished brother of Charlotte and the late John, Gene, Ruthie and Marlene; fond uncle of Jason, Diana and Joanna and several other nieces and nephews and friend to many. Visitation 10:00 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd, Roselle. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
