Born in Chicago, Illinois, he graduated from Lane Tech and Northwestern University.
He had been a resident or Roselle, Il for 48 years.
Known as Steve to his friends and family, he was a Navy Veteran who loved to
tell his stories to anyone who would listen. Steve was Director of Industrial Relations
at Zenith Electronics for more than 25 years. After retiring, he enjoyed good scotch,
a Bears game, golfing, and finding just the right stock to buy or sell. He also loved
playing bridge with two couples-bridge groups that had been together for
more than 45 years, as well as, enjoying many world-wide traveling adventures.
Steve celebrated his 82nd. birthday in June and he and his wife, Judy,
celebrated their 50th. Wedding anniversary in July of this year.
He is survived by his wife, Judy and three children, daughters, Kelly Kinal Sutich
of Walworth, WI, Stacey Kinal of Evanston, IL, son Stephen Kinal of Georgetown,
TX, granddaughters Brittany and Morgan Sutich, and his beloved dog Tinkerbelle.
A memorial brick will be placed in a local Veteran’s Park in his honor and
A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a safer date to be named in the future.
